BODYBAR Pilates - Eagle

I have been coming here for over a month now. I haven't been to a gym, or really worked out in years. I sit at a desk all day for my job and my posture is horrible and not to mention back pain plus being overweight. I decided it was time for a change and my body needed to be treated better. My first intro class with Lindsay and I felt it. All my muscles were aching. It was tough but doable and the best part, I had fun. Lindsay helped me with the correct positioning and really guided me on the correct form. I knew after that class I was going to sign up for more. Signing up was the best decision, I've gone to 10+ classes with Lindsay and she is still amazing. Every class is different with her as she uses different techniques. She is fun, energetic, positive, has amazing music and will guide you with the correct form. I have noticed a significant difference in my body, back pain, and my posture thanks to her. Thank you Lindsay!!

I've been practicing pilates for many years. Both private lessons and group classes. Bodybar is by far the best pilates studio in Boise. I feel lucky to have found them. All of their instructors have been amazing and I leave every class satisfied and feeling like I recieved a great workout. 10/10 recommend.

BodyBar has completely changed my relationship with working out! I’ve tried barre, weight training, classes, running, and pretty much everything in between and never found something that I actually WANTED to do. The instructors here are so amazing and work with you to make sure you understand how to use the equipment and how to do the movements. Mary Kay is phenomenal and takes extra time to really explain things! Love this studio so much!

I was supposed to attend a free class and I drove about 30 minutes and when I get there the lady asked me to pay $18 for the socks, to be able to enter the class. She let my friend in and she did not ask her! Just waste of time!

The studio is clean and well organized and I feel challenged in each class but I am also given the instruction and ability to adjust exercises to my current fitness level (or energy level that day 😂).
